Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 head butter lettuce
- ¼ cup goat cheese
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Chop shallot very finely. Hull and quarter strawberries. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Crumble cheese.
- Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, garlic, shallot, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
- Place lettuce, strawberries, and goat cheese in salad bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
