Ingredients

  • 4 lb large, cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
  • For Cajun Artichoke Sauce
  • 1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun (or creole) seasoning
  • For Chipotle Cocktail Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups ketchup (or tomato sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest and ½ cup lime juice (from about 6 limes)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 cloves garlic

Steps

    1. Place ingredients for desired sauce in food processor bowl (or blender); pulse until blended and desired consistency. Chill until ready to serve with shrimp.
