Seven-Layer Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup walnuts (or pecans), coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare graham cracker crust (using sugar and butter) following package instructions. Press mixture into bottom of 9-inch square baking dish.
    2. Chop walnuts. Layer crust evenly with chocolate morsels, butterscotch morsels, coconut, and walnuts. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top. Bake 30 minutes.
    3. Cool completely in pan (or chill 30 minutes) before cutting into bars. Serve.
