Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccini pasta
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • ¾ cup presliced green onions
  • ½ cup Deli light herb-garlic spreadable cheese
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Prep

    • Bring water to boil for pasta.

Steps

    1. Cook pasta following package instructions. Stir carrots into pasta during last minute of cook time. Drain.
    2. Combine in medium bowl soy sauce and cheese until smooth; fold in pepper and pasta mixture. Serve.
