- 2 (8-oz) bags broccolini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Microwave broccolini per package instructions*. Set aside 5 minutes to cool.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Add oil and red pepper and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain broccolini and add to pan; toss to coat and season with salt and pepper. Sauté 3 minutes; serve.
