Sauteed Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) bags broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Steps

    1. Microwave broccolini per package instructions*. Set aside 5 minutes to cool.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Add oil and red pepper and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain broccolini and add to pan; toss to coat and season with salt and pepper. Sauté 3 minutes; serve.
    *or add broccolini and ¼ cup water to microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 3–4 minutes until tender.
