Ingredients
- 4 large zucchini squash
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium 2-3 minutes. Cut zucchini into thin rounds; chop garlic finely.
- Place oil in pan; add zucchini and garlic. Cook and stir 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in salt, pepper, and feta; serve.
