- 1 tablespoon garlic butter
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
- Place garlic butter in pan; swirl to coat. Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until spinach wilts. Serve.
