Ingredients
- 1 cup mild kimchi, drained and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- ¼ cup presliced green onions
- 4 links smoked sausage
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise
Steps
- Preheat grill on medium. Drain kimchi and chop. Drain pineapple. Combine kimchi, pineapple, and onions; place in microwave-safe bowl.
- Grill sausage 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until charred and 165°F. Microwave slaw on HIGH for 1–2 minutes or until steaming.
- Place sausages in buns; top with 1 tablespoon each mayonnaise and slaw. Serve.
