- Preheat oven
- Prepare potato recipe and begin to bake (10 minutes)
- Prepare burgers; complete potatoes and serve (25 minutes)
Salami Provolone Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt-free garlic-herb seasoning
- 4 slices provolone cheese (about 3 oz)
- 8 slices Deli hard salami (about 2 oz)
- ⅓ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 8 teaspoons peppercorn ranch dressing, divided
- 4 Bakery French (or regular) hamburger buns
Steps
- Preheat grill pan (or grill) on medium-high. Form ground beef into 4 patties; sprinkle with seasoning (wash hands). Place patties in pan; cook 3–4 minutes on each side until 160°F.
- Top each patty with 1 slice cheese and 2 slices salami; let stand to melt cheese. Chop peppers, then combine with olives.
- Spread 2 teaspoons dressing on inside of each bun. Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each with 2 tablespoons olive mixture. Assemble burgers and serve.
Bacon and Cheese Spuds
Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 10 oz frozen, seasoned waffle-cut fries
- 1 cup shredded Italian-blend cheese
- ⅓ cup cooked bacon pieces
- ¼ cup peppercorn ranch dressing
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil; spread fries in center of sheet, then bake following package instructions.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Top fries with cheese mixture; bake 3–4 more minutes until cheese melts. Serve.
Serving Suggestions
- Complete your meal with fresh salad blend and apple pie for dessert.
- If cooking fries on grill, place fries and toppings in center of foil. Bring up sides of foil and double-fold, then double-fold both ends to completely seal the pouch.
