Ingredients
- 20 large mint leaves
- 2 limes, for juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 12 oz dry sake
- 4 oz plum wine
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Tear mint leaves in half. Place in a tall container and crush or muddle slightly; squeeze in lime juice and add simple syrup.
- Fill container ½ way full of ice, add sake and plum wine; shake or stir vigorously. Divide between 4 glasses and serve.
