Ingredients
- 2 cups reduced-fat baking mix
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- ¼ teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ¾ cup reduced-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add milk and stir until soft dough forms.
- Spoon biscuits onto baking sheet using 2 tablespoons (or cookie scoop)
- Place butter in microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH 20–30 seconds until melted. Flatten biscuits with back of spoon and brush with butter.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden. Serve.
