Ingredients

  • 2 (5.4 oz) packages herb and butter flavored rice mix
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron threads

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients in medium saucepan. Stir, cover, and bring to a boil on medium-high.
    2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes. Remove lid, stir, and serve.
