Ingredients
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 12 teaspoons sun-dried tomato pesto
- 12 taco-size flour tortillas
- 12 Deli panino fingers (salami, pepperoni, or prosciutto)
- Toothpicks
- Olive oil cooking spray
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove basil leaves from stems. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto evenly over each tortilla. Place 1 meat and cheese stick and 1 basil leaf at edge of each tortilla, roll up tightly, and secure with toothpicks. Arrange rolls on baking sheet and coat with spray.
- Bake paninos 10–12 minutes until tortillas are crispy and browned. Remove toothpicks and serve.
