Ingredients
- 2 oz chunk (or crumbled) feta cheese
- 1 Deli oven-roasted chicken
- 10 oz grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 sunflower (or sweet kale) chopped salad kit (10.9–11.3 oz)
- ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
Steps
- Crumble cheese (½ cup). Shred chicken (white meat only; about 2 cups). Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Combine tomatoes, oil, salt, and sugar; place in pan. Cook and stir 3–5 minutes until tomatoes start to burst.
- Combine salad kit ingredients in large bowl. Add warm tomato mixture to bowl with salad kit and toss to coat.
- Arrange salad on serving platter; top with chicken, feta, bacon pieces, and crispy onions. Serve.
