Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon roasted potato seasoning mix (produce)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 (20-oz) bag refrigerated new potato wedges
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients (except potatoes) in medium bowl. Add potatoes and toss until coated.
- Spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Serve.
