Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 (15 oz) can green pigeon peas
- 1 (7 oz) box coconut-ginger rice
- 1 teaspoon green pepper sauce
Steps
- Place water in medium saucepan and bring to a boil on high. Drain peas.
- Stir remaining ingredients (including seasoning packets from rice) into water. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir and serve.
