Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 (15.25-oz) can black beans, drained
- ¼ cup salsa
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Steps
- Preheat small saucepan on medium-low 2–3 minutes. Remove pan from heat; coat with spray. Add beans to pan and mash with potato masher until consistency of lumpy paste.
- Stir in salsa and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
- Top with cheese, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
