- 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Steps
- Remove parsley and cilantro leaves from stems (1 cup each). Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl or blender; process until all leaves are pureed and sauce is smooth. Serve.
