- ½ cup prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup red wine vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, coarsely chopped
Steps
- Place all ingredients in salad bowl.
- Toss salad to coat evenly. Serve cold.
