Ingredients
- 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 slices prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup red wine vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, coarsely chopped
Steps
- Place all ingredients in salad bowl.
- Toss salad to coat evenly. Serve chilled.

- Smoothie: Place in blender: 2 cups cantaloupe chunks, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup orange juice; blend 30 seconds. Add ½ cup ice; blend until smooth. Add more ice, if desired.
