Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 12 oz white chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon green food coloring
- 30 mini twist pretzels (about 2 cups)
- 10 pretzel sticks
Steps
- Line large surface with parchment paper. Melt chocolate following stovetop package instructions. Add food coloring to melted chocolate, stirring until green color is consistent.
- Dip 3 mini twist pretzels in chocolate until coated, then remove and arrange in a shamrock shape on parchment paper (be sure the pretzels are touching so that the chocolate can bind them together). Dip 1 pretzel stick in chocolate until coated, then remove and arrange as a stem on the shamrock.
- Repeat step 2 with remaining pretzels, stirring chocolate to prevent hardening or burning. Let shamrocks stand until cooled completely. Serve (or store in airtight container for up to one week).
