Potato Chip and Blue Cheese Nachos

Ingredients

  • Aluminum foil
  • 1 (8 oz) bag kettle-cooked potato chips
  • ½ cup chunky blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup Deli crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Steps

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH; line baking sheet with foil. Spread single layer of chips on baking sheet; top evenly with dressing, cheese, and bacon.
    2. Broil on center rack 2–3 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve.
