Pork with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 toothpicks
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 tablespoons lemon dill sauce, divided

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut pork into 4 equal pieces. Wrap each piece of pork with 1 slice bacon, then secure ends of bacon with toothpick.
    2. Season pork with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet (wash hands); top each piece with 1 tablespoon lemon dill sauce.
    3. Bake 15–20 minutes until pork is 145°F. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon remaining lemon dill sauce. Let stand 2–3 minutes before serving.
