Ingredients
- 1 ripe plum
- 5 large basil leaves (+ additional, optional for garnish)
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4–6 oz club soda
- Lime slice (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Halve plum; dice half and slice remaining half thinly. Muddle diced plum and basil in cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin, and simple syrup. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with basil, plum slices, and lime slice, if desired.
