Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) bakery rolled pizza dough
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, for dusting
- ⅔ cup pizza sauce (+ more, optional for dipping)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian bread dip seasoning
Steps
- Let dough stand 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 12-cup muffin pan with spray.
- Dust work surface lightly with flour; roll dough into 16- x 10-inch rectangle. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Start on long side and roll dough into log, pressing to seal long edge. Use serrated knife to cut dough log into 12 equal rolls; arrange cut-side down in muffin cups.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and 165°F. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle roll-ups with seasoning. Let stand to cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with additional warmed pizza sauce, if using.
Chef's Tip: Add your favorite pizza toppings, such as sliced fresh mushrooms, peppers, and onions, before rolling up.
