Ingredients
- 1 head romaine (or iceberg) lettuce (5–6 oz)
- 12 oz smoked turkey (or chicken)
- 1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits
- ¼ cup Diamond Pine Nuts
- ½ cup trinity mix (diced fresh onions, bell peppers, and celery)
- ¼ teaspoon herb seasoned salt
- ⅓ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Remove core from lettuce; separate leaves. Cut turkey into bite-size pieces; drain pineapple.
- Combine turkey, pine nuts, trinity mix, pineapples, seasoned salt, mayonnaise, and pepper.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on salad plates (or serving platter); mound turkey mixture on top and serve.
