Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
- 1 cup pimiento cheese (about 6 oz)
- 1 frozen deep-dish piecrust
- 3 large eggs (or ¾ cup egg substitute)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup sliced fresh green onions
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine bacon and pimiento cheese; spread in bottom of piecrust.
- Combine in medium bowl: eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, green onions, salt, and pepper; whisk to blend. Pour mixture into piecrust. Bake 45–50 minutes until center is set and 160°F. Let stand 15 minutes to cool. Slice and serve.
