Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 2 cups butterscotch morsels
- 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
- 1 (12 oz) bag chow mein noodles (or pretzel sticks)
- Lightly salted, dry-roasted peanuts (optional)
Steps
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine morsels in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted.
- Place noodles and peanuts, if using, in mixing bowl; pour in melted morsels, stirring until completely coated.
- Divide mixture into 32 small mounds on baking sheets. Chill 10 minutes or until coating is set. Serve.
Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.
