Ingredients

  • Parchment paper
  • 2 cups butterscotch morsels
  • 2 cups milk (or white) chocolate morsels
  • 1 (12-oz) bag chow mein noodles (6 cups)
  • Lightly-salted, dry-roasted peanuts (up to 1 cup), optional

Steps

    1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine morsels in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM 50% power for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until melted.
    2. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl; stir in melted morsels until completely coated.
    3. Divide mixture into small mounds on baking sheets. Chill 10 minutes for chocolate to harden. Serve.
