Ingredients

  • Parchment paper
  • 2 cups butterscotch morsels
  • 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 (12 oz) bag chow mein noodles (or pretzel sticks)
  • Lightly salted, dry-roasted peanuts (optional)

Steps

    1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine morsels in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted.
    2. Place noodles and peanuts, if using, in mixing bowl; pour in melted morsels, stirring until completely coated.
    3. Divide mixture into 32 small mounds on baking sheets. Chill 10 minutes or until coating is set. Serve.

Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.
