Pear and Cranberry Bellini's

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle chilled prosecco
  • 2 cups chilled pear nectar

Steps

    1. Combine in medium saucepot: fresh cranberries and cranberry juice. Bring to boil over medium-high, then remove pot from heat. Mash berries; cover pot with lid and chill 30 minutes.
    2. Strain cooled cranberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into large bowl (pressing on cranberries to release all juices); discard solids.
    3. Divide chilled cranberry juice between 6 glasses; top each evenly with chilled prosecco and pear nectar; serve.
