Ingredients
- ½ hothouse cucumber
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ fresh mango
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (+ more, if needed)
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 (5.3 oz) container lowfat coconut yogurt
Steps
- Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup) and carrot (½ cup). Cut 1 mango side away from pit, scoop out flesh, and chop (½ cup).
- Place all ingredients in blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
