Ingredients
- 12 oz sliced banana peppers (or pepperoncini), drained
- 1 (10.25-oz) can beef gravy
- 1 cup water
- 1 (1-oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix (about 3 tablespoons)
- 2 (14-oz) packages frozen meatballs
Steps
- Combine all ingredients (except meatballs) in slow cooker until blended. Stir in meatballs until evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 ½ hours (or LOW for 2 ½ hours), stirring occasionally, or until meatballs are hot and sauce is bubbly.
- Reduce heat to lowest setting to hold for serving.
