- 1 Hass avocado
- 2 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 (10-oz) container garlic hummus
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
- Cut veggies or pita chips (optional for serving)
Steps
- Peel, pit, and cut avocado into small cubes. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Combine hummus, cumin, and red pepper until blended; transfer to serving bowl.
- Fold tomatoes and avocado into hummus. Serve with cut vegetables or pita chips, if desired.
