Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free pancake syrup
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
Steps
- Combine oats and milk; divide between 2 (2-cup) lidded containers, then top each with ¼ cup berries.
- Combine applesauce, yogurt, syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Divide mixture on top of berries. Crush walnuts, then place 1 tablespoon in each container. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve.
