Overnight Apple-Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free pancake syrup
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Steps

    1. Combine oats and milk; divide between 2 (2-cup) lidded containers, then top each with ¼ cup berries.
    2. Combine applesauce, yogurt, syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Divide mixture on top of berries. Crush walnuts, then place 1 tablespoon in each container. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve.
