Ingredients
- 4 Nashville Hot–style sausages
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Nashville Hot–style (or Buffalo-style) sauce
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- ½ cup fried pickle (or French onion chip) dip
- 4 bakery brioche hotdog buns (or hoagie rolls)
- 12 dill pickle chips
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Grill sausages 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until grill-marked and 160°F.
- Meanwhile, combine dressing and hot sauce until blended; stir in coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
- Spread dip evenly inside buns; add 3 pickle chips each. Place sausages in buns; top with slaw and crispy onions. Serve.
