Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb GreenWise ground chuck
- 1 (15.5-oz) jar GreenWise mild salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 (9-oz) bag GreenWise tortilla chips
- 1 (6-oz) bag GreenWise shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 cup GreenWise sour cream
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine in medium bowl: meat, salsa, and taco seasoning until blended. Place meat mixture in shallow baking dish; bake 20–25 minutes and until 160°F. Drain meat, then crumble meat.
- Place tortilla chips in baking dish; top with meat and cheese. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
