Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 oz gourmet mushroom blend
- 6 oz sliced portobello mushrooms
- 8 oz sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
Steps
- Melt oil and butter in large sauté pan on medium-high. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often, or until mushrooms begin to soften.
- Add thyme and cook 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat; serve.
