Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 12 oz gourmet mushroom blend
  • 6 oz sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 8 oz sliced baby portobello mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Steps

    1. Melt oil and butter in large sauté pan on medium-high. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often, or until mushrooms begin to soften.
    2. Add thyme and cook 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat; serve.
