Multicooker Cola Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork loin back ribs
  • 4 teaspoons mesquite seasoning
  • 2 cups cola
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 3 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • Nonstick aluminum foil

Steps

    1. Coat ribs with seasoning (wash hands). Place trivet (or rack) in multicooker; add ribs in multicooker insert, wrapping around insert. Combine cola, barbecue sauce, steak sauce, and liquid smoke; add to ribs.
    2. Close lid and seal following manufacturer's instructions. Cook on MEAT/STEW 30 minutes. Let pressure release naturally 5 minutes, then open valve to release remaining steam.
    3. Preheat broiler on HIGH; line baking sheet with foil. Place ribs on baking sheet. Brush each side with sauce from cooker; broil ribs on center rack 3–4 minutes on each side until sauce has caramelized and ribs are 185°F. Serve with remaining sauce on side.
