Ingredients
- 12 taco-size flour tortillas
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 24 thin slices Genoa (or hard) salami
- 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
- Toothpicks
Steps
- Place tortillas on flat work surface. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto evenly over each tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of salami and 1 cheese stick at the edge of each tortilla, then roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks. Cut each panino in half. Serve.
