12 servings
30 minutes total

Ingredients

  • Nonstick aluminum foil
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, divided
  • 12 Bakery dinner rolls
  • ¼ cup raspberry spread (or jam)
  • 8 oz sliced cooked ham
  • 8 oz sliced oven-roasted turkey
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Leave rolls connected; do not break apart or separate. Spread 2 tablespoons margarine on bottom of rolls; place margarine-side down on foil. Cut entire group of rolls in half horizontally to make 1 large top and 1 large bottom; set top aside. Spread raspberry spread over bottom half of rolls.
    2. Arrange ham, turkey, and cheese evenly over raspberry spread. Top with other half of rolls and coat with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine. Top sliders with foil; double-fold all edges to seal pouch. Bake 8 minutes.
    3. Turn pouch over; bake 5–6 more minutes until thoroughly heated. Remove sliders from oven; let stand 2 minutes to cool. Dust tops of rolls with powdered sugar (if using). Cut into 12 sliders and serve.
