Ingredients
- 6 fresh mint leaves (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 2–3 oz gold rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 oz club soda
- Lime slices (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Muddle mint leaves in bottom of a Collins glass.
- Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice; stir well.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices, if desired.

Make it for a crowd.
Muddle 36 mint leaves in bottom of serving pitcher. Add 12–15 oz gold rum, ¾ cup simple syrup, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 12 oz club soda; stir well.
Make it frosty.
Place all ingredients (except garnish) in blender. Add ice and blend until smooth.
Food pairing:
