Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) bag frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese blend
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
Steps
- Place cauliflower in microwave-safe bowl and cover; microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes or until cauliflower begins to soften.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave 3–4 more minutes or until tender.
- Process in food processor 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve.
