Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) bag frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps

    1. Place cauliflower in microwave-safe bowl and cover; microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes or until cauliflower begins to soften.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave 3–4 more minutes or until tender.
    3. Process in food processor 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve.
