Ingredients
- 6 slices fully cooked bacon
- 24 frozen mini waffles
- 6 leaves Bibb lettuce
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 plum tomatoes
Steps
- Heat bacon and toast waffles following package instructions.
- Meanwhile, tear lettuce into 2-inch pieces. Cut bacon slices into 4 pieces each. Cut tomatoes into 6 slices each. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish.
- Spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each waffle. Arrange 12 waffles mayonnaise-side up on work surface; top with lettuce, 2 pieces bacon, and 1 slice tomato. Complete sandwiches by topping with remaining 12 waffles. Serve.
