Ingredients
- 4 Meyer lemons, for juice (½ cup)
- ¼ teaspoon saffron threads
- 6 cups club soda
- Meyer lemon slices, for garnish
Steps
- Squeeze 4 lemons for juice (½ cup). Muddle juice and saffron in cocktail shaker; let steep 15 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons lemon mixture to a tall Collins glass half full of ice. Top with 1 ½ cups club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
