Ingredients

  • 4 Meyer lemons, for juice (½ cup)
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron threads
  • 6 cups club soda
  • Meyer lemon slices, for garnish

Steps

    1. Squeeze 4 lemons for juice (½ cup). Muddle juice and saffron in cocktail shaker; let steep 15 minutes.
    2. Add 2 tablespoons lemon mixture to a tall Collins glass half full of ice. Top with 1 ½ cups club soda.
    3. Garnish with a lemon slice.
