Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (5.8 oz) package roasted garlic and olive oil couscous
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Steps
- Place water, olive oil, and seasoning packet from couscous in saucepan; cover and bring to a boil.
- Place couscous and olives in heatproof serving dish.
- Remove boiling water from heat and pour over couscous. Stir once, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
