Ingredients
- 1 Bakery pizza dough (15-16 oz)
- 8 frozen meatballs (about 7 oz)
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 1 cup cubed ham
- ⅓ cup trinity mix (diced fresh bell peppers, onions, and celery)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 ½ cups Deli pepperoni pizza dip
- 1 teaspoon everything Italian seasoning, optional
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Steps
- Let dough stand 1 hour to rise. Thaw meatballs. Drain olives and pepperoncini well. Line 12-inch round pizza pan with foil. Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Quarter meatballs. Place in large bowl: meatballs, ham, trinity mix, olives, pepperoncini, and dip; stir until blended.
- Press dough evenly out to edge of pan. Use pizza cutter to cut dough into 8 equal triangles, starting from the center and leaving a 3-inch border around edge of dough.
- Sprinkle border with 4 oz mozzarella; top evenly with meat mixture, then remaining 4 oz mozzarella. Roll pointed ends of dough over and around filling to form a ring.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and filling is 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Sprinkle with everything seasoning and Parmesan; serve with remaining pizza dip on the side.
