Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 1 small red onion
- ½ bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 2 limes, for juice
Steps
- Cut sides of mangos away from pits; score flesh into cubes and scoop out (2 cups). Chop onion and cilantro (½ cup each). Chop jalapeños, removing membranes and seeds if desired. Juice limes (2 tablespoons).
- Place all ingredients in large bowl; stir to combine. Serve as topping or dip.
