Mallow Nut Fudgies

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (12-oz) bag semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 cups Deli pretzel crisps, coarsely crushed
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (plain or holiday)
  • 2 sheets wax paper

Steps

    1. Preheat medium saucepan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place butter in pan; cook and stir until melted. Reduce heat to low; stir in chocolate morsels until melted. Remove pan from heat; let stand 5 minutes to cool. Meanwhile, crush pretzels and pistachios.
    2. Combine chocolate, marshmallows, pretzels, and pistachios until blended.
    3. Shape dough into 2 (9- x 2-inch) rolls, using wax paper to form rolls. Wrap rolls in wax paper and chill 1 hour or until firm.
    4. Cut into ½-inch thick slices, using serrated knife. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
