Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 21 full sheets graham crackers
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup creamy (or crunchy) peanut butter
- 8 chocolate chip cookies
- 1 ½ cups milk (or semisweet) chocolate morsels
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13- x 9-inch baking dish with foil. Melt butter and place in large bowl. Place graham crackers in food processor bowl; process into fine crumbs (3 cups). Add graham cracker crumbs to butter and mix until evenly coated. Press mixture into prepared baking dish to form crust. Chop cookies coarsely (about 1 cup).
- Whisk condensed milk and peanut butter until thoroughly blended. Layer crust evenly with chocolate morsels, cookie pieces, marshmallows, and coconut, then drizzle condensed milk mixture evenly over top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until top is golden and edges start to pull away from sides. Place pan on wire rack and let stand to cool completely (or chill 60 minutes) before cutting into bars. Serve
