Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) box mac and cheese dinner kit
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Mexican-blend cheese

Steps

    1. Cook mac and cheese following package instructions. Preheat waffle iron on high.
    2. Coat top and bottom of waffle iron with spray. Fill waffle iron with mac and cheese; top with additional shredded cheese.
    3. Close waffle iron; cook 4-5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and waffles are formed.
    Note: Do not close waffle iron too tightly to avoid spilling.
