Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) box mac and cheese dinner kit
- Cooking spray
- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Steps
- Cook mac and cheese following package instructions. Preheat waffle iron on high.
- Coat top and bottom of waffle iron with spray. Fill waffle iron with mac and cheese; top with additional shredded cheese.
- Close waffle iron; cook 4-5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and waffles are formed.
