Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Large zip-top bag
- 1 ½ lb boneless chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 lemon, for juice
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place flour and seasoned salt in zip-top bag; add chicken and seal tightly, then shake to coat (wash hands).
- Place butter in pan; swirl to coat. Place chicken in pan; cook 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken begins to brown.
- Stir in capers. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice (about 2 tablespoons) over chicken. Stir in Alfredo sauce and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6–8 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is 165°F. Serve.
