Ingredients
- ½ fresh watermelon
- ½ fresh cantaloupe
- ½ fresh honeydew
- 1 lemon, for zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
Steps
- Scoop watermelon (about 6 cups), cantaloupe (about 3 cups), and honeydew (about 3 cups), using a melon baller (or 1-inch portion scoop), and place in large salad bowl.
- Zest lemon (1 teaspoon); chop mint. Drizzle honey, mint, and zest over melon; toss to coat. Serve.
